Fjordwalker – the consonance of trip-hop, synthwave and ambient. Five years of music life from Reykjavik to Vladivostok and thousands of stories expressed through music.
In December 2019 Fjordwalker is going on tour with a new show Ambient Live Set. It’s filled with keyboard whispers, abstract textures, moments and infinity. Etherial glimpses of the previous releases meet the careful recorded sounds of streets of Berlin and Helsinki and then intertwine with the echo of strings and melancholic sounds of piano.
In five years Fjordwalker released two full-length albums and took part in a number of international festivals. He shared a stage with such musicians as Tricky (UK), Morcheeba (UK), Red Snapper (UK), Slow Magic (USA), This Will Destroy You (USA), Maybeshewill (UK) and joined Arms and Sleepers (USA) on their Russian tour.
