Ambassador Allen will talk about the security situation facing the UK, Estonia and other NATO allies. He will set out reasons to be confident but not complacent about our collective security. He will argue that the partnership between the UK and Estonia extends beyond just the military sphere and is vital to both countries’ security and prosperity.

BIO:

Ross has been Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Estonia since June 2021. Prior to that he has served in a variety of roles within the UK civil service and on secondment to the private sector. In September 2025 Allen joined the Royal Air Force as a Reservist and he is also a “supporter member” of the Estonian Defence League.
